We just released a set of updates designed to help you show your strongest work, connect with collectors faster, and manage everything from one place.
Here's what's new.
Featured Artworks on the Homepage
Your work can now appear in a dedicated Featured Artworks section on the noted.art homepage. This is prime real estate - visitors see it the moment they land on the site.
Each featured artwork displays your image, title, medium, and year. Clicking any piece takes the viewer straight to the full artwork detail view.
This means your best work gets seen first, not buried behind a chronological feed.
Collectors Can Now Inquire Directly About Your Work
When someone is looking at one of your artworks, they'll now see an Inquire button right there on the page. One click opens a simple form where they can introduce themselves and ask about the piece.
You can also add an Inquire button to the contact section of your profile, so visitors who are browsing your page - not just individual works - have an easy way to reach out.
No more lost emails or missed DMs. Every inquiry comes with the visitor's name, email, and message, and artwork-specific inquiries automatically reference the piece they're asking about.
Your New Inquiries Dashboard
All incoming messages now live in one place: your Inquiries dashboard, found under your profile settings.
From here you can:
- See everything at a glance - filter by new, read, replied, or archived messages.
- Read the full message with sender details and the artwork they're asking about.
- Reply directly - hit reply and your email client opens with their address prefilled.
- Add private notes to any inquiry so you can track conversations, follow-ups, or pricing details.
- Archive or delete messages you no longer need.
New inquiries are automatically marked as read once you open them, so your inbox stays organized without extra effort.
Think of it as a lightweight inbox built for the way artists actually sell and communicate.
Portfolio Builder and Artist Tools
We also added a Portfolio Builder to give you more control over how your public profile looks.
With the builder, you can:
- Add, edit, hide, and reorder sections on your profile.
- Structure your page around current series, press features, available works, or whatever matters most to you right now.
Your profile also now includes a dedicated Artist Tools area with quick access to your Portfolio, CV, Page Builder, and Inquiries - all in one spot.
Tips for Getting the Most Out of These Updates
- Lead with your best work. Make sure your featured artworks represent where you are right now, not just what you uploaded most recently.
- Respond to inquiries quickly. Collectors notice when artists are responsive. Your new dashboard makes it easy to stay on top of new messages.
- Turn on the inquiry button in your contact section. Not everyone will land on a specific artwork page - give profile visitors a way to reach you too.
- Use portfolio sections intentionally. Group your work by series, medium, or availability so collectors can navigate your profile with purpose.
